Hmm... what to say about this fractal?

Well, first off, it's for *Ultra-Fractal's "I can't believe it's a fractal" contest... so if it looks odd, that is why.

I am not sure what to think about this fractal... sometimes I like it and sometimes not. I ran it be my sister and she thought it was okay, though. She even managed to figure out the fractal that inspired me in the creation of this. (it's one of =creativ82's and it's a million times better than this; kudos to anyone who can figure out which one it is)

Oh yes, the title. It's a bit odd, I know. You see, I couldn't think of a title, so I just combined the words 'Cyan' and 'Red.' It's meant to be pronounced like it rhymes with 'tired.'
