Can't decide if the grain looks like a quality matte print or a baaaad potatochop fail... Leaning towards the first one though, so fwiw. :B

I also would love a more dramatic aspect ratio, but that's just me. I love the dynamism of it though, and how it really does explode out of the screen. Very nice. :+fav:

great colours, and a very unique apophysis flame. loving the graphic design kind of look it has to it, and the grain works really well to take the edge of the smooth look. :)

also about the grain, they're... larger grains then i'm used to seeing, not sure if that's something chaotica's or gimp's work :D i usually prefer my grains much crisper, but it seems to work here :)
