Well Jess, the music from this particular guitar is Hot Hot Hot! It doesn't tinkle in the ear or play a pretty tune. The guitarist is in a rage and he is taking the intensity of his anger out on the instrument and at times the strings are being bent so harshly they are at breaking point.
There are very beautiful tones within the music here and there, where melancholy breaks through the anger and I suspect his mood was brought about by a nasty break-up in a relationship.
It is a compelling sound - one can't walk away or ignore it, as the more one listens, the more overtones and harmonics there are to be heard. It is fascinating, riveting, incomprehensible, yet totally understandable all at the same time - a real interaction between the guitarist's emotions to those of the listener.
What more is there to say, except this visual experience also brings out an audio and emotional experience if we will just stop long enough and listen!
